Policies & Procedures

All Clients of OneKubedDESIGNS agree to provide ALL the content for their NEW or Re-Designed website which may include: text, images, products, forms, videos or webinars. Payments are made when they are Due. When a client chooses the Payment Plan Financing, OneKubedDESIGNS will own ALL the rights to the website, design, layout, development files, and database until the balance of what was financed is Paid in Full.

Past Due or Non-Payment

OneKubedDESIGNS reserves the right to take your NEW or Re-Designed website offline from Non-Payment, or if payment is 30 days past due, until balance is paid in full. Payments for past months of Web Hosting/Maintenance are non-refundable. Hosting accounts are set up at the time of order and are allotted a specific amount of server resources, according to the plan purchased. If client did not make use of the account, payment for services is still due.

Chargebacks

Any Returned Checks or Credit Card Chargebacks will incur a 20% Processing Fee plus ANY & ALL Bank Charges that may also occur. In Addition to ANY Legal Fees that may also apply. Your service and/or project will be suspended without notice.

Temporarily Suspend Account

The Client may Temporarily Suspend their Website Due to Financial Hardships. Accounts may be Suspended up to 60 Days @ the Basic Hosting Rate of $19.95/Month. All Emails Associated with the Hosting/Maintenance Account will Remain Active While the Account is Suspended.

Cancellation

Hosting/Maintenance Accounts are not Canceled until Written Notice is received 30 Days prior to Desired Cancellation Date from the Client. If Client Paid for Hosting Account for 6 or 12 months in advance and Cancels Service before Plan Expiration Date, a refund MAY or MAY NOT be given for the Months not yet Elapsed. If client received free products and/or services with their hosting plan purchase, the value of the free services will be deducted from the refund amount. All Emails associated with the Hosting/Maintenance Account will be Cancelled the same time as the Account.
